Hiran Minar is a Mughal era complex in Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan. It was built in the early 16th century. The Hiran Minar complex is located about 40 kilometres northwest of Lahore in the city of Sheikhupura. The complex is close to the Sheikhupura Fort, which was built in the early 17th century as well. The M2 Motorway, which connects Lahore and Islamabad, provides access to both places.
You can enjoy boating, fishing and other fun activities. On Lahore Islamabad motor way there is special interchange for this site which make this site easy to commute. Nice royal place to visit in Sheikhupura not much far from Lahore. Old heritage building this place was built by a king for his Deer whom he loves. Boating & paddle boat, site visiting some family time and ice-cream. Restaurant are missing there so arrange your food before going there. Nice beautiful place to visit with family specially with children’s. Iran Minar (Deer Tower) is an early 17th-century Mughal era complex located in Sheikhupura, in the Pakistani province of Punjab.
The monument is famous for its historical significance emperor Jahangir’s love for animal especially the deer after this tomb was built but more so because of enjoyable activities like boating, fishing, touring the tomb, picturesque aesthetic and more.
Hiran Minar was built during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Jahangir in a hunting reserve used by the Mughal royals. The reserve was built in a scrub forest, and allowed Mughal emperors to experience a sense of semi-wilderness near the imperial city of Lahore. The wild-reserve was used as a park where visitors could enjoy the sport of hunting.
ہیران مینار شیخوپورہ، پنجاب، پاکستان میں مغل دور کا ایک کمپلیکس ہے۔ یہ 16ویں صدی کے اوائل میں تعمیر کیا گیا تھا۔ ہیران مینار کمپلیکس لاہور سے 40 کلومیٹر شمال مغرب میں شیخوپورہ شہر میں واقع ہے۔ یہ کمپلیکس شیخوپورہ قلعہ کے قریب ہے، جو 17ویں صدی میں بنایا گیا تھا۔ م ٹ و موٹروے، لاہور اور اسلام آباد دونوں جگہوں تک رسائی فراہم کرتی ہے۔
آپ کشتی رانی، ماہی گیری اور دیگر تفریحی سرگرمیوں سے لطف اندوز ہو سکتے ہیں۔ شیخوپورہ میں دیکھنے کے لیے ایک خوبصورت شاہی جگہ لاہور سے زیادہ دور نہیں ہے۔ اس جگہ کو ایک بادشاہ نے اپنے ہرن کے لیے بنایا تھا جس سے وہ پیار کرتا تھا۔ وہاں ریستوراں موجود نہیں ہیں لہذا وہاں جانے سے پہلے اپنے کھانے کا بندوبست کریں۔ یہ بڑَے اورچھوٹے بچوں کے دیکھنے کے لیے ایک خوبصورت جگہ ہے ۔ ایران مینار (ہرن ٹاور) 17ویں صدی کا مغل دور کا ایک کمپلیکس ہے جو پاکستانی صوبہ پنجاب کے شیخوپورہ میں واقع ہے۔
یہ یادگار جگہ اپنی تاریخی اہمیت کے لیے مشہور ہے شہنشاہ جہانگیر کی جانوروں کے لیے خاص طور پر ہرن سے محبت اس مقبرے کی تعمیر کی وجہ ہے لیکن بعد میں اس سے بھی زیادہ اس کی وجہ کشتی رانی، ماہی گیری، مقبرے کی سیر، دلکش جمالیاتی اور بہت کچھ جیسی پرلطف سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے ہے۔
ہیران مینار مغل شہنشاہ جہانگیر کے دور میں مغل شاہی کے زیر استعمال شکار کے ذخیرے میں تعمیر کیا گیا تھا۔ ریزرو ایک جھاڑی والے جنگل میں بنایا گیا تھا، اور مغل بادشاہوں کو شاہی شہر لاہور کے قریب نیم بیابان کا احساس کرنے کا موقع ملا۔ وائلڈ ریزرو کو ایک پارک کے طور پر استعمال کیا جاتا تھا جہاں سیاح شکار کے کھیل سے لطف اندوز ہو سکتے تھے۔
